The security industry has changed since the inauguration of Genesis Security in 1997 – and we have changed with it.

Our staff are trained to have customer experience as the forefront of our services. We believe that within the community, we are ambassadors and not enforcers. We provide training to our officers in the field to be equipped to handle different situations whether providing directions, ensuring safety, all the way to de-escalating hostile situations. We do this through a servant heart mentality. Our desire is to serve the public and ensure they are safe and enjoy the activities they came to take part in.

Our Account Managers will provide the direct communication that we know our clients seek. This ensures there is one primary point of contact to meet your needs without confusion. As a partner, our leadership team will not only provide direction to the security officers in the field, but ensure we are working together giving honest feedback, suggestions, and adjusting your security program.

We also understand that security does not sleep. We are in a 24/7 industry and that is why for over 15 years, we have had a local, in-house Operations Center, fully staffed by licensed security officers 24-hours a day. This team is there to not only support our teams in the field but to support our partnerships at any hour of the day or night. We know emergencies happen, and they stand by ready to dispatch our field teams to support you.
