HOSTING & HOSPITALITY

At Genesis Host Services, our professionally trained staff can fulfill your hosting and hospitality needs. We provide highly trained professionals with specific skillsets to your needs ensuring that your event runs smoothly, and your patrons leave having a positive experience resulting in them returning for the next event at your venue. Each member of our team carries the proper certification whether it be basic wayfinding, bartending certifications, or servers with an elevated skillset. Genesis Host Services was founded to provide higher than industry standard services to clients that need front facing staff, but not necessarily Security Guards. With over 26 years of experience in the Security Industry, we have worked along side Hosts and Hospitality staff through many large scale events at many different venues. When we saw a gap in the ability for other companies to provide staff, or the certifications and performance of these staff, we decided to start our own Hosting and Hospitality company to better meet these needs.

We provide many different varieties of services such as:

Professional Host

These personnel are specially trained and qualified in customer service first. They are able to assist patrons with wayfinding or other general questions about the venue or event. On top of that, they are able to solution seek to patrons who may be disgruntled or agitated at a situation revolving around their experience at an event. Our staff will de-escalate the situations and assist with finding suitable solutions ensuring the patrons overall experience is positive.

Host Supervisor

At major events, the number of Hosts present poses a challenge of leadership and organization. Our Host Supervisors are trained in leadership skills and are able to direct the Hosts in a way that amplifies their performance and displays the support not only to our host, but to the patrons attending the event.

Bartender

Our bartenders are all professionally trained to be able to meet the provincial requirements. They possess the customer service skills to ensure patrons receive their service efficiently and professionally. Our Bartenders can be deployed in a casual setting such as Beer Gardens all the way to Black Tie corporate events.

Servers

Our servers possess both a high level of industry experience as well as well as professionalism in performing their duties. They are able to maintain a highly efficient flow of service resulting in happies and more satisfied customers through your event.
